Mais se distingue par le statut des deux protagonistes. L\u2019Est- R\u00e9publicain r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la victime de ces violences est une magistrate \u00e9minente, tandis que le mis en cause est un avocat.<\/p>\n<p>Tous deux \u00e9taient li\u00e9s par une relation en dehors de leur cadre professionnel. \u00ab&nbsp;Une liaison qualifi\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9pisodique&nbsp;\u00bb par la d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n<h2>Deux versions oppos\u00e9es des faits<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019incident remonte \u00e0 un voyage \u00e0<strong> Venise en avril&nbsp;2022<\/strong>. Selon la magistrate, l\u2019avocat, \u00ab&nbsp;alcoolis\u00e9 et odieux ce jour-l\u00e0, aurait encha\u00een\u00e9 les remarques humiliantes avant de l\u2019agresser physiquement dans leur chambre d\u2019h\u00f4tel&nbsp;\u00bb. Elle d\u00e9crit une altercation \u00ab&nbsp;o\u00f9 il l\u2019aurait saisie par le col avant de la pousser et de lui porter un coup \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019avocat pr\u00e9sente une version tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente. Il \u00e9voque une simple dispute \u00e0 propos du choix d\u2019un restaurant, au cours de laquelle il aurait exprim\u00e9 des critiques sur le comportement de sa compagne. Face \u00e0 une r\u00e9action qu\u2019il d\u00e9crit comme \u00ab\u2009hyst\u00e9rique\u2009\u00bb, il affirme avoir seulement tenu les poignets de la magistrate pour se d\u00e9fendre. Il va jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sugg\u00e9rer que la marque sur son visage pourrait \u00eatre auto-inflig\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Des preuves photographiques et des t\u00e9moignages divergents<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s l\u2019incident, la magistrate a envoy\u00e9 une photo de son visage marqu\u00e9 \u00e0 une amie, ce qui constitue une preuve cl\u00e9 pour l\u2019accusation. Cependant, l\u2019avocat conteste la nature de cette blessure, la qualifiant de \u00ab\u2009p\u00e9t\u00e9chies\u2009\u00bb, petites taches provoqu\u00e9es par un effort prolong\u00e9 plut\u00f4t que par un coup.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, l\u2019absence de constatation de violences par les carabiniers italiens, appel\u00e9s sur place, joue en sa faveur. N\u00e9anmoins, pour l\u2019avocat de la partie civile, Me Nod\u00e9e, ces arguments rel\u00e8vent des \u00ab<strong>\u2009classiques excuses des auteurs de violences conjugales<\/strong>\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"dailymotion-embed-x7dyep\" class=\"ac-embed ac-embed--dailymotion ac-embed--inread3\" data-provider=\"dailymotion\"><figcaption>Vid\u00e9os : en ce moment sur Actu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Quatre mois de sursis requis<\/h2>\n<p>La procureure, tout en reconnaissant que l\u2019avocat n\u2019est \u00ab\u2009pas quelqu\u2019un de dangereux\u2009\u00bb, a requis une<strong> peine de quatre mois de prison avec sursis<\/strong> et une <strong>amende de 500&nbsp;euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a expliqu\u00e9 que l\u2019altercation r\u00e9sulterait d\u2019un d\u00e9saccord sur l\u2019avenir de leur relation\u2009: l\u2019avocat souhaitant s\u2019installer avec la magistrate, proposition que cette derni\u00e8re aurait refus\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9fense, quant \u00e0 elle, a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 des \u00ab\u2009versions contradictoires\u2009\u00bb de la magistrate, sugg\u00e9rant que cette affaire ne serait qu\u2019une tentative pour prot\u00e9ger sa carri\u00e8re.
